Support Policy

Support Policy:
  1. We do provide technical support only to the active subscribers through Telephone, Email, & Chatting. In case of busy hours we insists our clients to be patient until the next available operator attends.
  1. Users are expected to be computer literate and they should know common terminologies and are conversant with general operations like Copy, Paste, Download, Run, etc.
  1. Our support are limited to our products/services only. We won't be able to provide technical support for 3rd party software/services.
  1. Users are requested to use Remote Desktop software like TeamViewer5-7, Ammy Admin, ShowMyPC and allow full remote access during Technical Support.
  1. Users are requested to use available help documents to try & learn themselves general usage of the products/services.
