- Users are expected to be computer literate and they should know common terminologies and are conversant with general operations like Copy, Paste, Download, Run, etc.
- Our support are limited to our products/services only. We won't be able to provide technical support for 3rd party software/services.
- Users are requested to use Remote Desktop software like TeamViewer5-7, Ammy Admin, ShowMyPC and allow full remote access during Technical Support.
- Users are requested to use available help documents to try & learn themselves general usage of the products/services.
